Coral Beach is to be built to a '5 star' quality, two resorts of a comparative nature are La Samanna in the French Lowlands and Cap Juluca in Anguilla.
No buildings will be more than 2 stories high; this is intended to create an intimate and exclusive environment with as little impact as possible to the surrounding area.
